There’s just something really refreshing and enlightening about vinyasa yoga on a Sunday morning. Which is pretty much the way we feel about beer and bringing people together to create something bigger. That’s why it seemed like too perfect a pairing to bring the two together, and that’s why LauderAle Brewery & Tap Room hosts Sunday beer yoga.
We’ve partnered with Ales & Asanas to put on a weekly vinyasa yoga class at our taproom. For one hour, you can let all your worries go, focus on your breathing and on yourself, and get a good stretch in. Even better, you get to do all that with your choice of one of our kickass beers and in the company of our growing beer-loving tribe. The only thing smoother than that vinyasa flow is the first sip of beer when it goes down the hatch. And if that’s not enough, having a bit of beer after a workout can actually aid in recovery due to its carbohydrate content and polyphenols, which can support immune system functionality.
Sunday beer yoga starts at 10 a.m. and starts at just $18 if you register early. That gets you admission to the class and one of our signature beers—not to mention 25% off any additional beers you want to knock back after you’ve worked up a sweat. Bring your mats and blocks if you’ve got ’em, though we’ll have a few available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sunday beer yoga is just one of the reasons why LauderAle Brewery isn’t just a place for great beer—it’s a local destination. End your weekend on a high note, enlighten your senses (and taste buds), and expand your crew. We’ve got food trucks in our beer garden, plenty of space to unwind and ponder existence, and no shortage of cool people to bounce your ideas about the universe off of. At LauderAle, we like thinking galactically and hanging out locally. Hope to see you soon!
